Linda Ransom + Trilogy

Linda hails from Connecticut where she has worked with world renowned musicians for many years. She has performed in London, Paris, Nagano and Matsumoto Japan and throughout the U.S. Linda has recorded and performed with Jazz greats like Marion Meadows, Ed Cherry and the infamous Larry Willis on Piano, not to mention the wonderful Johnny Oneil. Linda Makes her way to Atlanta after working in New York with the great trombonist, Steve Davis and renowned bassist Desron Douglas, at legendary Mintons and Smoke! As well, she is and has been in the studio completing 2 new CDs. Ed Fast and Congo Bop invited Linda to be featured on their sophomore CD performing Latin Jazz. The release of the latin jazz CD and the “Ransom and Friends….Finally” Together, these CDs are scheduled for release in the fall of this year. Linda’s voice, like butter and her style, likened to the legends before her. Sarah, Nancy, Ella and Dinah to mention a few, would be pleased to hear her sing their songs.
